HeartCode® ACLS – Hands-On Session This is the in-person skills session required to complete your HeartCode® ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Successful completion of both the online course and this hands-on session is required to receive your official AHA eCard and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Important: You must complete the HeartCode® ACLS Online Course before attending this session. If you haven’t done so, you can register for that portion at shopcpr.heart.org. Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Courses and Classes: Any online course, once opened or started or finished, is not eligible for a refund. All in person courses may be refunded at the following rates: 100% if requested seven days or greater prior to the start of the course. 50% if requested greater than 72 hours and less than seven days prior to the start of the course. 25% if requested between 24 and 72 hours prior to the start of the course. No refund with less than 24 hours. Rescheduling for Courses and Classes: Method of refunds: All refunds will be processed by BeyondMDX within one business day of confirmed communication between customer and BeyondMDX. Example, customer may call and speak with staff who will then email a confirmation to customer; customer may email an receive a response confirmation. Once processed, it may take up to 30 calendar days for funds to appear in the original method of payment. Attendance and Appearance Due to course syllabi, other students, and our staff: Please let us know if you will be late for any course. We cannot admit anyone for a course 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start of the course. Without communicating prior to the scheduled start of the course, if a student arrives 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start of the course; the student will be marked as a no-call, no-show and forfeits all tuition. Dress and attire Regardless of course type, the student should attend with appropriate attire. Please do not wear any clothing or jewelry which may disrupt the course or offend anyone. It is generally recommended that comfortable clothing is worn that allows for the demonstration and practice of skills associated with the course. BeyondMDX reserves the right to deny admittance to any course if attire is inappropriate or offensive.
